Community Center Rental Information

• Must be at least 18 years old to reserve the community center.   
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 
• No alcoholic beverages allowed other than wine or champagne.  
• Key can be picked up only on the day of rental.  You must pay for an extra day if key is picked up the day before date of rental and you plan to use it on that day also.   
• Key must be turned in to police department after cleanup (same day) or put in drop box outside of town hall.  If key is not in drop box or turned in on the next business day a $5.00 charge will apply to whoever signed the key out. 
• Premises must be vacated by 11:00 p.m. -------------- No exceptions. 
• Premises must be cleaned up after use ---- deposit will not be refunded if not cleaned up by 11:00 p.m. 
• Deposit will not be returned until the community center has been inspected for cleanliness and to assure equipment used are not broken or missing.  Will be returned within 7 days. 
• No illegal drugs allowed on premises. 
• No tobacco allowed inside the community center.  Outside tobacco use only. 
• No solicitations allowed! 

THIS FACILITY  IS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE WHITMIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND WILL BE MONITORED FOR ANY UNUSUAL ACTIVITIES.  THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO WALK IN AND CHECK ON HOW THE FACILITY IS BEING USED AT THEIR DISCRETION.

Must Clean up afterwards.   

No alcoholic beverages.   

No profanity.   

The playground is open to the General Public and is NOT included in the Park Picnic Shed Rental Agreement. 

Bring trash bags and toilet paper.  If the cans are full, please place trash on the Community Center back porch.
